For several years, the Middle Tennessee Chapter of AEE has awarded scholarships to students in energy related fields of study at local universities through funds provided by the Tennessee Energy and Environmental Expos, the Tennessee Energy and Environmental Spring Study, and the annual AEE Scholarship Scramble Golf Tournament.

An Energy Savings Performance Contract offers an opportunity for internship and cooperative opportunities for students attending MTSU.
Tennessee Valley Authority

MTSU and the Tennessee Valley Authority have reached a master agreement that will serve as a guide to how the institutions will cooperate on projects, programs, research, development activities and student initiatives such as internships.
