Solar
Bike Displays and Presentations-
The coordinator of the Center for Energy Efficiency is actively
involved with the MTSU Solar Bike Project and in displaying the Rayce-Array and
offering presentations at several events, including Solar Vehicles Workshops
held on campus in conjunction with Tennessee Solar Energy Association and MTSU
Department of Engineering Technology and Industrial Studies;
Expanding Your Horizons, an event held at MTSU for junior high girls interested
in math and science; and an energy fairs held at Murfreesboro's
Mitchell-Neilson Elementary and Erma Siegel Elementary Schools. Each time, the bike was met with
interest and enthusiasm.
