On-Line Conference Fee Payment

On-line payment of the "early bird" conference fee of $340.00 (including 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches) will be available soon. This fee may be paid by Visa or MasterCard and is available to anyone who registers and makes payment before August 1, 2003. After August 1, the registration fee will be $390.00.

On-line payment for students will also be available soon. The "early bird" fee for students is $200.00.
After August 1, 2003, the student registration fee will be $340.00.

Any fees may be paid by check as described above.
