What Is a High School Deficiency? |
You may have received a letter from admissions stating that you have a high school deficiency. MTSU requires a certain number of high school subjects prior to admission. Students graduating from high school in 1989 or later must have completed the high school subject units listed below for regular admission to MTSU. If you did not take these classes in high school, you must take the appropriate course at MTSU within the first 64 semester hours of college enrollment. If you are a transfer student, you must remove the deficiencies within 30 hours of your initial enrollment at MTSU.
