The Tennessee Board of Regents Flexible Benefits Plan administered by Fringe Benefits Management Company. This plan allows eligible employees to pay for certain expenses from their salary before taxes are deducted. Premiums for state group medical insurance coverage will automatically be paid with tax free money through the flexible benefits plan, unless you sign a waiver. Deductions for other eligible benefits under this plan are not automatic. You must complete an enrollment form each year to withhold dental premiums on a tax-free basis or to participate in either the Medical Expense Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or the
Dependent Care FSA.
