The four-page faculty study questionnaire used in the 1998 and  revised in 2000  contains sections on instructional technology at MTSU, instructional technology use and effect, instructional technology projected  use, and demographics. The questionnaire used in the 1999 student study and revised for 2001 has four parts also. It gathers information on general feelings and beliefs, frequency of exposure to instructional technology, effects of instructional technology on learning, projected future use of technology, and demographics. The survey instruments used in the 1998 and 1999 studies of the impact of instructional technology on teaching and learning at MTSU may be adapted and used.  MTSU retains the copyright on the original surveys and request that proper credit be given if the instruments are used.
