• Visit the department of your desired major.
• The secretary will give you a "Declaration of Program" form to fill out.
This form asks for your name, mailing address, "M" number, major, and minor
(if known). The information will be used to update your records in the MTSU computer system.
• The secretary will assign you an advisor.
• Schedule a meeting with your assigned advisor as soon as possible.* Students that are unsure of a major can visit the College Academic Advisors Ms.
