Final Portfolio Checklist

Instructions: Be sure to make a copy of your portfolio for yourself; the portfolio will not be returned for you to take home.

Make sure that you arrive in class with all the materials for the Final Portfolio submission. Print out and complete this checklist as a reminder of what is required, and submit with your portfolio. Late portfolios will not be accepted except under extraordinary circumstances.

The following materials must be submitted in a light colored, two-pocket folder.  On the outside of the folder at the UPPER RIGHT, write

Teacher’s name

English 1010 + section number

Semester and Year

RIGHT POCKET:

______Your Final Portfolio Evaluation sheet (Portfolio e-book 249)

______Your final portfolio coversheets and essays which meet the following requirements:

            Revised fourth draft with revised coversheet of either Essay 1 or 2 assignment
            Revised fourth drafts with revised coversheets of two essays from Essay 3, 4, and 5.
            The Teacher Feedback Sheet and Teacher Marked Draft (Draft 3) for each essay you are submitting
            Both coversheets and essays are word processed; essays are double-spaced throughout, and otherwise meet
               MLA format requirements.
