Using Minitab:
Enter the temperature and water data in the first two columns with the corresponding titles.
Go to Stat>Regression>Regression. The predictor is the temperature data and the response is the water consumption data.
Click on the "storage" box at the bottom. Check the DFITS box and click "ok".
