Alzheimer Memory
Walk Community Project
Xi Alpha Chapter will be joining the Rutherford County Community in the 2003 Alzheimer Memory Walk. The chapter will have a team in this annual fund raising event. Ms. Judy Campbell has agreed to serve as team captain. The walk is scheduled for April 26 at the Ball Field at the York VA campus. The pep rally starts at 10am and will be followed by the walk. Please participate by sending in your names and donations for walkers or just a donation if you are unable to come out and walk with chapter members.
Donations must be received by April 22.
Prizes: tee shirt for a $75-$199 donation; tote bag for $200-$299 and a special shirt for $300-$499.

Xi Alpha Chapter will be well represented at Sigma Theta Tau Internationals 14th International Nursing Research Congress Celebrating Global Diversity in Research, Education and Practice To be held in the St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, July, 2003. Drs. Covington, Edmisson, Krau, Parsons, Prevost, and Ward have papers accepted for presentation. Congratulations! |
