You may request to schedule a facility in the Murphy Center Complex by completing the online form. This is a REQUEST ONLY and initiates the scheduling process. If the facility is available, your request will be confirmed by email. After you receive confirmation of request, an Application for Use of Facilities Form must be completed and received by the Murphy Center Complex office FIVE DAYS before the date of the event. Scheduling will be complete upon receipt of the appropriate forms and fees and approval from the Murphy Center Complex office.
