We invite proposals for individual presentations on the theme of sexuality. Proposals are welcome from all scholarly fields and disciplines, including the humanities, social sciences, sciences, arts, design, business, sports, and cultural studies.

In keeping with the new format for our 2009 conference, single panels are scheduled during the day, each consisting of three presenters, so that all participants can attend each panel session.  We hope that this format will promote engagement among participants and presenters.

Presentations are limited to 20 minutes, to be followed by questions and discussion.

Only proposals that meet the following criteria will be reviewed:

  • 250-500 words

  • accompanied by a working bibliography

  • accompanied by a vita

  • received or postmarked by September 1, 2008
