The program at MTSU has online, onground, and hybrid courses available
(although not every course is offered through all three media). You are
required to come to campus for the Comprehensive Exams during your last
semester (a Saturday experience). This online readiness assessment from
the University of Georgia will help you decide if online learning is for
you. http://alt.usg.edu/sort/
There is a learning curve in your first class that may be
unexpected....97% of students are successful in overcoming the curve. You
do not have to be tech proficient or a 'tech guru', you just have to be
adventurous and inquisitive and stubborn enough to stick with it!
Go to the Grad Studies link on MTSU's homepage to find the application and
how to submit the transcripts, test scores, and 3 letters of
recommendation (Ed Leadership uses this
form,
not a standard letter)
The College of Graduate Studies will allow one semester of taking
coursework
before being admitted to a program, once admitted to the College of
Graduate
Studies. Taking this semester does not guarantee admission to the
program.
You will want to keep an eye on your Graduate Application Status, online.
Once you have an admission decision, as long as it says "Admission Process
Initiated" and you don't have any holds on your account, you should be
eligible to register the following day.
For
New and Inquiring Students:
You
may want to read this page from Belvedere Community College in
Bellevue, WA

Once
you are ready to enroll in classes, please read the Current Students
area of this website.
