Graduating this semester???
Check the graduate catalog or the website (http://frank.mtsu.edu/~graduate/forms.html#current) for information
- File Intent to Graduate Form in first week of semester of graduation. Forms available from Grad Office or here (this is a landscape oriented form!)
- Register for comprehensive exams by calling the Ed Leadership office (898-2331) in the first month of semester of graduation
The Degree Plan , Intent to Graduate Form, and Comprehensive Exams are your responsibility. Make sure that you file on time.

The application for teacher license / endorsement and the Praxis registration will not be filed
unless you initiate the process.
Contact Teacher Licensure Office at MTSU for the forms.
