- Choose “Edit with FrontPage” from the File Menu.
- Login
- Import your audio recording and XML file into your web site. Choose Import from the file menu.

- Choose Subscribe to the Podcast from the Advanced menu.
- iTunes will start downloading the current audio files listed in the feed. New content will be downloaded when it becomes available.
