Formal reports are one way for the Commission to communicate
 to the President, as well as upper level administrators, and the
 entire membership. These include accomplishments and
 recommendations.

 At the end of the academic year, a full report is written, and this is
 presented to the President by the Chair accompanied by the
 newly appointed Chair.
